Overview
At Spirit and Strings, each item is custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. While most print-on-demand stires do not accept not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer all our customers a 10 day return period.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

You received a damaged item

The product has a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong item
To request a resolution, you must:

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse

Minor color variations due to screen differences

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after purchase.
We can only modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

Please first contact your local carrier.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.
Spirit and Strings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
